Holding breath while balancing the out of balance.
Î Ï opens up a space for undefined, acoustic sound at the edge of a time hole.


The duo focus their practice in the blending of timbres and vibrations often toying with aural misperceptions, expanded harmonic fields and the suspension of time.

“Given the challenges of precise tuning in the aulos's frequency spectrum, a broader application of microtonality was incorporated. This approach enables the two performers to dynamically navigate moments of perceived consonance and dissonance in real time, challenging conventional interpretations of these terms in the context of harmonic relationships.” - SARAH DAVACHI
